The family company Ahola Transport was founded in 1955. The company has developed into one of the leading transport companies in the Nordic and Baltic countries, during half a decade. Since 2008 we also provide transport to and from continental Europe.
Special Transports have been a part of Ahola Transports services since 1981. During the 1980s and 1990s, Project- and Special transports for the Construction and Energy Industry played an important part in the Ahola Group. From the 1990s to 2007, the company focused on international comprehensive solutions, i.e. car-, boat- and traintransports in Finland, the rest of the Nordic Countries and Russia.
The corporation AT Boat Logistics was founded in 2007 for boat and special transports. Once again the trucks of Ahola were driving with full speed on the Nordic high ways. In 2009 the company changed its name to Oy AT Specialtransport Ab, and the old firm remained as a subsidary company. AT Spcecialransport performs tailor-made special and boat transports in the Nordic counries and in the north of Europe.
